Returns and Exchanges
Yes, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery. After you submit a return request, we will process the refund within 48 hours. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. Products with damage or visible stains caused by wear are not eligible for return.
The below policy applies only to Japanese customers:
If the return is due to consumer reasons, we will refund the purchase price and charge a single shipping fee for the returned product. If a reshipment is needed (e.g., a new size), you can place a new order directly.
If the return is due to our brand's responsibility, we will issue a full refund, and the brand will cover the return shipping cost.
Products with visible damage or stains caused by wear are considered defective and cannot be returned.
Yes, you can request an exchange for a different size directly from your order. We will send the new size to you with no additional shipping costs. There is no need to return the original size—feel free to donate it to a local NGO or pass it on to a friend!

- Singapore/Malaysia: 2-3 business days (order via Zalora, shipped from Malaysia warehouse)
We offer free global shipping and have local warehouses in select countries. If you are in a remote area, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Shipping is free to all countries. However, customs duties or taxes may apply in some regions, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Our products are made from high-performance polyester and spandex, and are safe for machine washing in cold water. Special fabrics, like eco-friendly fibers or delicate materials, will have specific care instructions in the product description. For longer wear, we recommend using a laundry bag and tumble drying.
Our production facilities and equipment meet international standards to ensure a sterile, human-friendly environment. Wearing our products will not cause allergic reactions under normal wear. However, some of our styles include metallic zippers or accessories. If you have allergies to metals, we recommend wearing these items with caution.
