1. Basic Introduction
Zhejiang Fansilu Garments Co., Ltd. operates a ~5,000 m² facility with ~200 staff across seven production lines (four intelligent hanging lines and three conventional lines, including two in Hubei). Rated annual capacity reaches ~3 million pieces, with core categories in yoga wear, shapewear, and essentials.

3. Process & Controls
End-to-end SOPs cover material intake through pack-out, with multi-gate quality control:
Raw material inspection → Cut-panel inspection → First-piece (FPI) → In-process checks → Online finished-goods inspection → Offline final inspection → Packaging → Needle detection → End-needle, executed to AQL 2.5.
4. Equipment & Technology
Production utilizes an EURATEX intelligent hanging system and computerized cutting, supported by industrial sewing assets (Brother, JUKI, Pegasus, Yamato) for stitch integrity and throughput stability.

Layered QC at incoming, inline, and final stages with documented checkpoints; shipments released only after AQL clearance.Traceable Operations across cutting, sewing, inspection, warehousing (auxiliary & finished-goods) to support audit trails.
6. R&D & Intellectual Property
Fansilu supports in-house design for functional yoga/shapewear and holds 16 valid patents (1 invention, 13 utility models, 2 designs), underscoring continuous product and process innovation. Core output includes yoga/fitness apparel, shapewear, and everyday intimates, with planning oriented to expand yoga lines by integrating shaping functionality. Suitable for bulk programs and stable replenishment cycles.
