Return Policy
Return Policy
We want you to love your Kibra pieces. If something isn’t quite right, most full-price items are eligible for return for a refund or Kibra gift card.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging attached and no signs of damage (no stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, or pulls).
- For bottoms and intimates, the hygiene liner must be intact.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Refunds & Gift Cards
- Eligible items can be refunded to your original method of payment or to a Kibra gift card for future purchases.
- If you choose a gift card, it does not expire and can be used on any future order.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- At this time, exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase.
- You can return your original item and place a new order, or choose a Kibra gift card to use toward your next size or style.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
- Items marked “Final Sale”, gift cards, and personalized or customized items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
- For hygiene reasons, certain accessories (such as socks, hair accessories, or water bottles) may also be final sale where noted on the product page.
Condition of Returned Items
- All returned items are inspected once received.
- Kibra reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above and to send them back to you.
